Chop it, Cook it, Consume it, all is under control of your own hands. Add some salt, suger, spices and everything need then BOOM!
It's a meal :)
Take note! Lot's of people always think that fruit should be consume after dessert and it's WRONG! The right way of having a proper diet is to start off with some fresh fruits! :) The vitamins of the fruits slowly be absorb and transfer to all parts of your body thus it's give your body a healthy. Meat gives us proteins, muscles and many more however they do contain some/many dirty vitamins as well. SO remember, fresh fruit first before main course :)
