Celebrity Wedding !!

Michelle Chia & Shawn Chan's Wedding Dinner

The wedding was held at my working Hotel,
The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore
.
There were more than 100 tables and
their friends & relatives mostly wore in black and white suits.
Theme of the day was Autumn Wedding in Red and Brown.

Typical Wedding...

Normally wedding there were up to 8 course menu and the 1st course is definitely a cold dish combination of etc..
Next course would be a Soup, to warm up your stomach, most of the couple would like their soup menu as Shark fins soup.
After a full meals, there will always be a Dessert served like Sweet double boil soup or Yam pasted.

But for Michelle & Shawn,

They like their menu set in a different way... ...

1st course... Appetizer

Freshly cut Kiwi Fruits with Autumn garden Carpaccio,

Herd Cress dressed with White Balsamic & Truffle salt.

Michelle said that, She is a Food Lover and a Healthy Babe. Most people thought that fruits should be eaten last of a meal, BUT it's wrong ! Fruits should be taken before the main course started.That is why Kiwi Fruits is served 1st.

2nd course... Soup

Double boiled Chicken Essence infused with Lemon Grass,

Scallop Dumpling

Michelle said that, She is a Pet lover therefore the soup is Soup and She would like to deliver a message to the people that Not to Eat Sharks-Fins !

5th course... Dessert

They had planned to served the Dessert differently from others. They had a Dessert Buffet at the gallary. There were lot's of Sweet, Colourful and Tasty verierty of dessert for the frinds and relative to choose from.

Michelle said that Because she had not time to go around the ballrooms to Thanks everyone for attending thier wedding, so this is the time the couple could show thier apprciation.
